Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
